Withdrawal candidacy

CY4GATE (CY4.MI), 

announces that it has received, as of today, a notice from Mr. Jonathan Pacifici, a candidate for the position of member of the Board of Directors on the list submitted by a Group of asset management companies and institutional investors, in which Mr. Pacifici withdraws his candidacy due to new professional commitments that may be incompatible with the role.

The Company notes this notification with regret, given the significant contribution that Mr. Pacifici’s high level of professionalism could have brought to the Board of Directors.
