Domitilla Benigni is the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Elettronica since 2010. She joined Elettronica in 1996, after her Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering. She has gained a cross functional experience in areas such as Strategic Planning, Business Development, Engineering.
In 2019, she was included in the Forbes' list of the 100 most influential women in Italy. She is also a founding member of Women4cyber Initiative.
She was born in Rome, Italy, where she lives with her family. She is married and has one daughter and one son.

Massimiliano spent over 20 years in various technical roles as combat system officer of the Italian Navy; he held several prestigious positions representing the Italian Armed Forces and the Italian Navy in the field of international and diplomatic organizations. He retired as Navy Commander. He spent 16 years covering important roles as senior manager for sales and contracts management in the frame of international projects such as the French-Italian naval program Fremm. He graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pisa. He earned a Master for the Design of Optic and Optronic systems from the University of Rome. He is fluent in English and French.
MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR
Enrico is an eclectic engineer merging optimization/cost reduction competences with business oriented attitude. He always applied the market driven philosophy in each field of industry and services he had the chance to exercise. Before landing to Sales, his experience ranged widely both in terms of roles (engineering, purchasing, industrial engineering and customer services) and in terms of industries (trains, space rockets and Electronic Warfare), giving him a good background about contract issues, customer management, program management, production processes, and supply chain. A good language portfolio (Italian, English, French, Chinese and Spanish) completes the profile.
