The Company was founded in 2014 to meet an unconventional demand for cyber security. CY4GATE S.p.A., listed on the Euronext Growth Milan since June 2020, from June 2023 it was admitted to listing on the Euronext Milan Star segment.CY4GATE S.p.A. was conceived to design, develop and produce technologies and products, systems and services that are able to meet the most stringent and modern Cyber Intelligence & Cyber Security requirements, as expressed by Law Enforcement Agencies, Armed Forces, Institutions and Companies, both at home and abroad. Representing a unique Italian industrial project, Cy4GATE operates in all facets of the cyber market, with proprietary products that meet the needs for information collection and analysis as well as security: Quipo and Amico, in the world of Cyber Intelligence; RTA, Diateam, CTI and Pronto Cyber in the world of Cyber Security.

Board of directors



Domitilla Benigni has been President of Cy4gate since 2020 and General Manager and Managing Director of Elt Group. She joined Elettronica in 1996, after graduating in Electronic Engineering. She is the daughter of Enzo Benigni, President and CEO of Elettronica, founded in 1951 and of which her family is the majority shareholder. She has gained extensive experience in areas such as strategic planning, business development and engineering. She was born in Rome, where she lives with her family. Since June 2022, she has been a member of the Technical Scientific Committee of the National Cybersecurity Agency. She is married and has two children.



Emanuele Galtieri CEO of CY4GATE, where he also holds the position of General Manager since April 2021. He joined ELETTRONICA - a leading company in the Aerospace & Defence market - in 2008 and has detained various roles of increasing responsibility in business on foreign markets, he has been Corporate HR Director as well as Director of Communication and Digital Transformation of the company. A former Carabinieri Officer in several operational assignments, he attended the Nunziatella Military School and the Military Academy of Modena, obtaining a degree in Law at the University of Rome, a degree in Political Science at the University of Trieste and an MBA at the Luiss Business School in Rome.

 Senior Manager with over 25 years of management experience in marketing, sales and operations, which started in FMCG (Unilever), then in Pharmaceuticals (Bristol Myers Squibb) and developed mainly in Services, Telecommunications (TIM) and Transport (Trenitalia). After learning the art of marketing and trade marketing in the great school of Unilever, responsible for FOOD products and retail policies, she developed a long experience in Telecommunications, where she managed all the levers of marketing, CRM and sales policies, planning and customer experience. Also significant is her experience as Commercial Director in Trenitalia, where she is responsible for the profit and loss account (turnover and operating costs) of Long Distance, manages budget, offer, pricing and revenue management, commercial processes, introduces and develops CRM and digital channels, and guides direct and indirect, national and international distribution. She currently acts as a strategic consultant for large and medium-sized service companies and is a member of the Boards of Directors of large companies listed on or participated in by the MEF. She supports the EBRI Scientific Foundation in marketing and fundraising activities. She is an adjunct lecturer in International Marketing at the Sapienza University of Rome.

Born in Dairago (MI) in 1964, she graduates in Economia Aziendale summa cum laude from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Milan in 1987. From 1987 to 1990, Ms. Calloni works as business analyst at Memorex Telex in Milan, London and New York. In 1992, she pursues her M.B.A. with honors at the Leonard Stern School of Business, New York University. Upon graduation, she is hired by the investment bank Merrill Lynch in New York where she initially works as Associate in Investment Banking (1992-1995) and subsequently as Director in Equity Capital Markets (1995-2002). Since her return to Italy, Ms. Calloni has been carrying out investment activities in private companies operating in renewables, fintech and tech sectors. She also actively provides financial advisory services - with focus on capital raising and M&A processes - to portfolio companies. Currently, Ms. Calloni serves on the board of director of Industrie De Nora (DNR.MI – Electrochemical and Hydrogen), Euro Group Laminations (EGLA.MI – EV Mobility), Philogen (PHIL.MI - Biotech) e Pininfarina (PINF.MI - Design). In the recent past, she has also served as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Credito Valtellinese (2019-2021) and CAD IT (2019-2021) and as an executive board member of Deus Technology (2018-2019).

roberto ferraresi


Graduated with honors in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. Mr. Ferraresi started his career at UBS Investment bank in London in 1998. He then joined PAI partners in 2004 where, as a partner, he was actively involved in investment deals of more than €700 million. Mr. Ferraresi became board member of both private and listed companies. Since January 2018 he is founder and CEO of The Equity Club , a private equity initiative in the form of club deal, promoted together with Mediobanca and counting more than 90 investors among the most prominent families in Italy.

Vice President of Global Sales & Business Development. He has a solid academic background, with a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Turin, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow, UK.

He joined Elettronica in 2007, bringing with him considerable military and managerial experience. Previously, in fact, he served as a Military Officer holding command positions. During his career at Elettronica, he distinguished himself through his ability to create and manage successful global business relationships and develop effective business strategies.

Graduated in Business Economics at the "Luigi Bocconi" University of Milan, since the beginning of her university career she has taught Business Economics, first at Bocconi University, later at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Since the early nineties, she has been teaching Strategy and Business Planning. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Distance Learning Commission of the Unimore. She is also a member of the planning committee of the Master's Degree course "Data Analysis for Economics and Management" of the Unimore. Until 2019, she was an independent member of the Triboo Media Spa Board of Directors. She is the author of numerous publications.

Alessandro Chimenton


Alessandro Chimenton graduated in business administration from Ca' Foscari University of Venice in 1985. He is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and started his career at Arthur Andersen, first in the auditing firm and then in the consulting firm Arthur Andersen MBA in the Corporate Finance area.
He then worked as a consultant dealing largely with company valuations primarily for medium to large-sized companies.
He currently resides in Treviso, where he was born, with his family.

Graduated in electronics engineering at the Politecnico of Milan, he has been a Professor at the department of electronics at the same University where he graduated from 1974 to 1977. From 1976 till date of enquiry, he has also been teaching at the Berkeley University of California. He was co-founder of the Cadence Design Systems where (from 1983 till the date of enquiry) he covered the role of Chief Technology Advisor and where he was member of the Board of Directors. He was furthermore  founder of the Synopsys where he was also member of the Board of Directors. He has also been (from1987 to 1991) Chief Technology Advisor at Synopsys. From 1982 to 1991, he was external advisor for IBM; from 1978 al 2010 he has covered the same role at CEO of ST Microelectronics. Beginning 2010 till date of enquiry, he has been senior advisor for the President of the firm and Chief Executive Officer for Elettronica S.p.A. He has been, and keeps being nowadays, a member of the Board of Directors at Expert System S.p.A.
