In the banking sector, Roberta’s key clients have been CEOs, COOs, and CHROs, whom she has helped achieve and sustain an optimized cost position over time by defining the best overall operating model (simplification, make vs. buy, offshoring, digitalization, …) and for each of its key components (distribution model, contact centers, IT & operations, support and control functions, procurement & real estate). In Aerospace and Defense, Roberta has served CEOs, CHROs, and CS(ustainability)Os to define operational models most aligned with strategy, to build the workforce of the future, and to achieve a leadership position across all dimensions of sustainability. Before joining Bain, Roberta spent three years as a financial analyst at Procter & Gamble Italy. Roberta graduated from Bocconi University; she is a native Italian speaker, has excellent knowledge of English, and a fair knowledge of Spanish. Roberta is currently an independent advisor based in Milan, but she is available and willing to travel throughout Italy and abroad. She volunteers in the Employment Department at the “Casa delle donne maltrattate” (House for Abused Women) in Milan and serves as an ambassador for the “Le stelle di Marisa” Foundation, which supports special orphans—the children of victims of femicide.
