Welcome on board! Marco Latini is our new Chief Financial officer & Investor Relations Manager

Marco comes from an experience as CFO in a PE-backed company, GSA -Gruppo Servizi Associati SPA that provides services to institutions and critical infrastructures and has a ten-year experience in administration, finance and control gained after obtaining his MBA at Luiss University. He has a degree in law and economics and he is specialized in finance and markets.

He completed several M&A transactions in Italy and abroad and he assisted GSA in the exit process of the majority shareholder in favour of a new fund.

Passionate about technology, he promotes its introduction supporting the development and growth of the resources in teams.

He has an in-depth knowledge of the energy, gas and water system sectors.
